The Mama Time is run by its founder, who is responsible for your information. Contact: hello@themamatime.co.uk.
What we collect
- Register your interest: your first name, email address, nearest town, the gatherings and times you're interested in, your baby's age range, your price range and any message you add.
- Bookings: your name, email address, the places you book, and any allergy or access needs you tell us about.
- Partner enquiries: your name, business, contact details and message, used only to reply to you.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
- Photos: photos taken at gatherings, only with your permission.
How we use it
- To plan our gatherings: choosing venues, dates and prices based on everyone's answers.
- To email you when dates are confirmed and booking opens, because you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To manage your booking and contact you about the gathering you've booked.
- To share allergy or access needs with the venue, so they can look after you.
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
- Ticket Tailor runs our bookings, and Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- Netlify hosts this website and stores interest form answers.
- The venue receives your name and any dietary or access needs for the gathering you've booked.
How long we keep it
Interest form details are kept until you unsubscribe. Booking records are kept for up to six years for accounting purposes. Photos are removed on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@themamatime.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
